TERMS & CONDITIONS

Placing a confirmed order on this site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Ordering
Please allow for minor signs of wear and tear on vintage items. We can provide full condition reports if required via email. We make every effort to ensure descriptions, measurements and photographs are as accurate as possible, however variations may occur. All measurements are approximate, and due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. Payments can be made online through PAYPAL. We also accept cheques or cash in UK sterling and all major credit and debit cards.

The total cost of your order is the price of the items ordered plus the delivery charge if applicable. All payments must have cleared before items are sent. Please allow 3-5 working days. If your item is in stock we will despatch the day payment clears.

Postage to the UK
Small parcels will be charged at a minimum rate of £4. Large parcels will be charged according to weight. You will be notified of the cost in your order confirmation e-mail.

Cancellations and returns
You may cancel your order up to seven working days after ordering providing your goods have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing to, sales@square-interiors.com as soon as possible after ordering. We cannot refund goods after they have been despatched unless they arrive damaged during transit. Please inform us within 24hrs if your order has arrived damaged. Please do not return items before contacting us.
