Three lovely sterling silver plated 'onion' taper holders, these were designed by Jens Quistgaard (Denmark) for the Danish manufacturer Dansk in 1957. These are deceptively heavy for their small size as they are designed to hold tapers up to 40cm in length. They have a clever chamfered bottom to allow the holders to sit upright or at an angle. They are in excellent condition with no scratches. They are all marked to the base by Quistgaard and Dansk and would be the perfect addition to any modern or minimal interior.
